About our winery:
Bodegas Bentomiz is a family winery that we, founded having realised the potential of the local Moscatel de Alejandría grape, to produce delicate, personal wines of exceptional quality. We call the wines ARIYANAS - once the name of a hamlet here, it comes from an arabic word meaning aromatic, which the wines certainly are. They have had a very enthusiastic reception among wine lovers, like ourselves.
That's very much what we still are. We love good wine, good food and the beautiful Axarquia region we live in. We love good, subtle, modern Malaga wines: and that is what we make.
Three things to love about us:
Elegance, delicacy, character are the key features of our wines.
Our wines are served in Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and America including El Celler de Can Roca, the Ledbury and Hertog Jan.
We offer winery tours, tastings and lunches of creative cuisine designed by chef Juan Quintanilla around the Ariyanas wines
What makes us unique:
Our slate terroir within the Axarquía; our approach as wine lovers, the elegance of the Ariyanas wines
